Enjoy three basic, easy to follow, beginner to intermediate, stretch segments that engage all the major muscles in the body.  Each 13 minute workout will not only help increase your flexibility, but will also help improve posture and reduce muscle tension.   A stability ball will be used in two of the three workouts to give your muscles an added flexibility challenge.  It is recommend that you include any of these stretch workouts in your fitness routine at least 3 times a week.

Most workouts have too short a stretch session at the end. This is great because you get three full body stretching sessions which you can sub in at the end of any workout.  Today I worked out hard with weights and abs, and then did one of these stretches - I actually felt GOOD after all that, and I have to credit the stretching for making everything feel better to finish up.

I love having a choice of three different stretch work outs. There's so much variety! I especially like the ball stretches. The music is nice and soothing and helps bring you down after cardio or weights.

I must say that I love this stretch workout! I add it on after a walk/jog workout and I feel refreshed and wonderful afterwards. The stretches are straightforward and I feel my flexibility increasing with each workout. Love the way it makes me feel!
