We will replace any defective dvd within 90 days from date of purchase at absolutely no cost to you. After 90 days just send the disc back to us (don't send the case) and we will replace it for free as long as you were the original purchaser. Please first try playing the disc on another player just to make sure it is not the player. Sometimes a certain disc will have a problem with certain players. |
